  1. I made it following the recipe and the fudge didn’t “fudge” so to speak. I cooked it for a total of 6 minutes so everything combined and it was smooth. Put it in a pan and put it in the fridge for 2hours. The top formed a thin crust but it’s Gooey like a Chocolate frosting. And is gritty. I thought this was going to be an easier way to make fudge instead of using my grandma’s recipe that takes me hours compared to this one that only took about 30minutes. Idk maybe I did something wrong but this didn’t turn out at all

    1. Mia you may have cooked it a little to long in the microwave. The first time my Daughter made this and it didn’t firm up quiet as good as “fudgey old fashioned fudge” it was very soft and some gritty but we ate it and it was good, which let me add to me it was perfect only bc I love a soft melted chocolate… they all pick on me bc I even love my chocolate bars room temp or I will pop in the microwave. They love theirs in the fridge! Lol The next batch I made and did only about 4 mins maybe 4.5 mins and it came out like “traditional fudge”, very firm and was good. Had a firm but very biteful texture, very smooth and creamy texture. Try it again and maybe the microwave temp or time needs to be shifted. Good luck!!
