Easy Chocolate Fudge
This easy chocolate fudge only requires few ingredients and is super easy to whip up! It’s a holiday favorite!

Easy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 32 oz. bag powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- Optional – Chopped walnut, chopped pretzels, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large microwave safe bowl mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
- Top with cubed butter and milk. Don’t mix.
- Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir then microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between each time until blended and creamy. Should be about another minute longer.
- Stir in vanilla and optional chopped walnuts or chopped pretzels if desired.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
- Cut into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container for up 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
