2 (4 oz each) burrata cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly chopped basil
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional
Toasted sliced bread, for serving
1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, basil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes.
2. Place the burrata on a serving plate or shallow bowl.
3. Spoon the seasoned olive oil mixture over the burrata.
4. Serve with toasted bread for dipping and spreading.
