Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie
An easy recipe for thick and creamy Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie you will want to blend up all season long!
Lately I have been waking up craving this smoothie. Once I get the kids off to school I can’t wait to whip this smoothie up. I feel like I’m indulging, but it’s actually quite healthy! Made with simply unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, a few tablespoons of peanut butter, a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and Splenda or your favorite sugar substitute. Toss in a few ice cubes and blend it up for a smoothie that is thick and creamy.
Just talking about it makes me anxious for the morning to make it again.
There is just a hint of peanut butter in this smoothie. Feel free to add more if you’d like, but I like it like this. I actually should have called it Pumpkin Peanut Butter Smoothie, but Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie sounds better. If you love this combo as much as I do, you’ll want to skip a trip to your local smoothie shop and give this yummy seasonal smoothie a try.
