Weekly Meal Plan: Week 1

Happy New Year!

I hope you had wonderful holiday!

It’s officially 2017! Time for a fresh start! If you’re looking to be better at meal planning in 2017 I’m here to help! For years I’ve would always generally talk about meal planning and certain meals I liked to include on my meal plan however I never really talked about my meal plans specifically. Well, it’s a new year and that’s about to change! Every Sunday I will be featuring 5 meals on my weekly meal plan on The 29 Minute Mom. These meal plans are designed to be easy, family friendly and ready in about 29 minutes or less. I even incorporate ideas for theme nights like Taco Tuesday and Meatless Monday. The point of my meal plan is to have 5 meals planned for the week. And since schedules change and life happens these meals don’t have a specific day of the week they need to be made. I also take into account a few free days a week, hence only a 5 meals so you can incorporate leftovers, freezer meals, etc… I will really be diving into more about my meal planning strategies throughout the year so whether you’re a beginning or a novice meal planner hopefully some of my tips will help!
