Whipped Honey
What is whipped honey? It’s simply honey that has been whipped to give it a slightly creamy, whipped consistency. Once you try it you’ll see why it’s oh so good!
The key is to be patient and whip it on high for at least 20 minutes, maybe even longer depending on how much you are whipping. You are adding a larger volume of honey to your mixture it may take longer. And if you are doing a smaller amount it won’t take as long. Just keep on eye on it until it’s got a whipped, creamy consistency.
I usually just use honey to make it, but feel free to add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla in for extra depth of flavor.
Once whipped, store in an airtight mason jar. It can be stored at room temperature, or for a thicker consistency store it in the refrigerator. Just note if storing in the refrigerator it may crystallize. If that occurs, just let it come to room temperature if you’d like.

So what do you use whipped honey on? Use whipped honey on anything you would use honey for, oatmeal, toast, biscuits, drizzle on chicken or just enjoy with a spoon.
I do recommend using fresh, even local if possible, good quality.
