I love tossing a salad together for a quick and delicious meal. I have several favorites that I add on our dinner menu often such as taco salad, caesar salad and this Italian Chopped Salad. I was inspired to create this salad by a similar one I had at a restaurant years ago that I fell in love with. It’s loaded with chunks of salami, mozzarella, shredded chicken, chickpeas, juicy tomatoes and tossed with Newman’s Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing.

My kids love salads especially my little guy Tyler. He can devour a salad everyday. As picky as my kids can be sometimes I can’t complain too much when he asks me to make a salad. He’s a fan of this Italian Chopped Salad too. You can even get a glimpse of him in the video.
You definitely want to add this Italian Chopped Salad to your menu soon. Once you try it you’ll see why it’s one of my favorites that I love to make again and again.
