No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream

This creamy and delicious No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream is super easy to make with just 5 ingredients!

Happy National Ice Cream Day friends! I think every day should be ice cream day, wouldn’t you agree? I have a weakness for ice cream. It’s one treat that certainly tests my willpower! I found these yummy ice cream bars at Aldi that only have 90 calories in them and they’re so good! They’re a seasonal ice cream so I stocked up! I love having my ice cream at night without the guilt.

This No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream is another story! This is definitely an indulgent treat that I can’t resist! If you love creamy ice cream, you’re going to love this! It taste like it came from a fancy gourmet ice cream shop, but you made it at home! Not only that, you only need 5 ingredients! Sounds too good to be true but trust me this is one ice cream you don’t want to miss. When it comes to ice cream, when I find a good one I want to shout “I scream, you scream we all scream for No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream!” Sorry, had to do it!

Here’s what you need

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup confetti cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons sprinkles

That’s it! And if you have tried my Cake Batter Pancakes, No Bake Cake Batter Cheesecake, or the Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies, you probably have cake mix still on hand!

Not only do you just need 5 ingredients, this is a no churn recipe too, so no fancy equipment my friends. Just a hand or stand mixer, a large bowl and a freezer safe container is all you need. I have a ice cream maker, which has found a permanent home in my basement. I never use it. No churn ice cream is so easy and just as good, if not better in my opinion.

So to celebrate National Ice Cream Day, or any day whip up this yummy No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream! Once you do, you’ll love it!
