Looking for a sweet treat you can whip up in minutes? Then try this S’mores Muddy Buddies! Everyone loves this yummy treat that is so hard to stop eating! It’s great for parties, a little snack, or even for little gifties.

You all know I love making little gifties and who wouldn’t love a container of this yummy treat! What’s great is you can whip up a batch and get several containers to give to out. And who doesn’t love a homemade treat?

This S’mores Muddy Buddies is super easy to whip up! With just a few simple ingredients you can whip this up in minutes! And with football season here, what a yummy snack to whip up for a football party!


What you need

  • Rice Chex cereal
  • Golden Grahams
  • Powdered sugar
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Vanilla extract
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Reese’s mini peanut butter cups (you’ll thank me later for that!) 🙂

S’mores Muddy Buddies


  • 4 cups rice chex cereal
  • 4 cups Golden Grahams
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Mix in's

  • 1 cup Reese's mini peanut butter cups
  • 1 cup Golden Grahams
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix together chex and golden grahams.
  3. Add confectioners' sugar into a large resealable bag.
  4. In a large microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and creamy.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and mini marshmallows.
  6. Add cereal to melted chocolate and gently mix until combined.
  7. Add mixture to bag with powdered sugar. Seal and shake until coated.
  8. Pour mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently toss in remaining mix ins – Reese's peanut butter cups, Golden Grahams, and mini marshmallows. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Store in a container with a lid.
