With the holidays quickly approaching it’s time to think about holiday cooking. The stores are already decked out in all the holiday goodies and I have even seen a few houses already decorated for Christmas, seriously!

No matter what it’s November 2nd and the countdown has begun so let’s start talking about the holidays. It’s my favorite time of year and even though it has snuck up on me quickly I’m ready to embrace the most wonderful time of the year.
So let’s talk about this Rosemary Cranberry Chicken Crescent Ring shall we? One of my favorite combinations especially during the holidays is rosemary and cranberries. I use it in so much of my holiday cooking and it never gets boring. Rosemary is so fragrant and adds such a great flavor to just about anything. I use it on beef, turkey, pork, chicken you name it.
I also can’t get enough of Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls during the holidays either. I love making crescent rolls for dinner and who can resist wrapping brie in crescent dough. It’s probably the best thing ever. My family loves Crescent Rings and Crescent Braids. I usually make some type of Crescent Ring or Braid a few times each month. This Rosemary Cranberry Chicken Crescent Ring is made with five, yes five simple ingredients you can easily pick up all the ingredients at Walmart for a fantastic meal during the holiday season or anytime!
Whether you are hosting a holiday party or looking for a yummy dinner idea the family will love you definitely need to add this to the menu. With a couple cans of Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls, a rotisserie chicken, chopped rosemary, dried cranberries and cream cheese you easily whip this yummy meal up. Hosting a holiday get together? Make this and serve it sliced for guests to enjoy. For dinner, serve it along with a tossed salad that can get dinner from oven to table in less than 30 minutes. Rosemary Cranberry Chicken Crescent Ring
- 2 8 ounce each cans refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly coat a large baking sheet or pizza pan with cooking spray.
Unroll dough and separate into 8 squares pinching seams together and place in a circle overlapping dough to form a ring.
In a medium bowl mix chicken, cream cheese, cranberries and rosemary.
Spoon mixture evenly around the closest part to the center of the ring.
Wrap the other side of dough over mixture tucking ends under.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Save time using leftover chicken or cut up chicken from a store bought rotisserie chicken which adds additional flavor to this already yummy dish!
