Coconut Ramen Noodle Soup

Coconut Ramen Noodle Soup

Do you like ramen noodles?  I’ll admit I do.  There was a time when I was younger and I am sure many of you can relate when dining on a package of these was a regular occurrence.  They provide a simple, cheap and easy meal.

The noodles themselves are all that bad.  It is what lies inside those tiny little silver packets that are enclosed with the noodles that I  like to stay away from.  Here is a great way to fulfill your ramen noodle craving without using the seasoning packet and is so incredibly easy.

This is a quick meal to whip up for lunch or a simple dinner.  It also works as a great base to additional vegetables if you choose or just leave it as is and enjoy.  Making a bowl of this and omitting the enclosed seasoning packet gives you a soup that is  bursting with flavor and takes you from an average bowl of ramen noodles to a delicious meal that only took minutes to make and didn’t break the bank.  You can’t beat that.

  1. Those noodles with the seasoning packet were all the rage as a raw snack for school when I was in elementary, and I was always devastated my mom wouldn’t buy them for us 🙂 This looks delicious, and I love the new header look!

  2. This soup looks healthier and tastier than the seasoning pack version. I might had a little cornstarch to the water to make the soup creamer! 😀
