Puff pastry has so many uses. From sweet to savory dishes you can easily create a variety of dishes with it. I always have a package of puff pastry in my freezer to use in a variety of my recipes.

This Apple Puff Pastry Tart is simplicity at its finest. You simply thaw the puff pastry and place it on a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet. Toss sliced RubyFrost Apples with cinnamon, sugar, lemon zest and my secret ingredient vanilla bean together and arrange them on top of the puff pastry.
