I L-O-V-E pasta night and if it was up to me I’d have pasta on the menu every night of the week. My daughter Eden inherited my love of pasta too, she loves it! We have pasta night twice a week. It’s a quick meal that I know everyone will love. Seriously, who doesn’t love pasta and how can you resist a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs?

My pantry is always stashed with pasta and sauce. Did you know there are so many things you can do with a jar of sauce other than toss it with noodles? Not only do I like to have a stash of sauce in my pantry but I love to buy in bulk because one just never seems to be enough. I always like to have a backup or two. Especially with winter around the corner, where we live going out on a blustery day isn’t fun. I like to have a well stashed pantry so I can stay warm and cozy indoors.

Since I was a kid I loved going to BJ’s. I remember going with my mom when I was young. I thought it was the coolest store ever and I still do even at forty! Now I love taking me kiddos to BJ’s and letting them be my little helpers. I know every time I go to BJ’s I will find great things and essentials I need for my family.
