Eggnog Waffles

I cannot resist eggnog during the holidays. The holidays wouldn’t be the same without it. But sometimes I catch myself going for a glass when I look at the calories and fat…eeks! So I usually only have some on occasion; that is until I tried Silk Holiday Nogs. I am really excited about these! I have never tried them until recently and now I can enjoy the flavor of Holiday Nog without the guilt.
Yes my friends, if you love a glass of eggnog as much as I do or only drink almond or soy milk and would love to indulge in a glass of eggnog as well, now you can. If I admitted to how much of this I have already drank this holiday season you would think I’m crazy. I’m addicted to this. Why haven’t I tried these sooner!
Silk Holiday Nogs come in three delicious flavors, Silk Original Nog, and new Silk Almond Nog Original and Silk Almond Nog Pumpkin Spice. My favorite is the Silk Nog Original which is made with soy milk and has all the creamy flavor of regular eggnog without the eggs and dairy and only has 80 calories per serving! The rich and creamy Silk Almond Nog Original made with almond milk and only has 45 calories per serving! I am hooked on these! I even plan on serving these on Christmas with a little sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg on top. I’m anxious to see if anyone can tell the difference!
Not only is Silk Holiday Nogs yummy to drink but I’ve made these delicious Eggnog Waffles perfect for Christmas morning. I even topped them with a Eggnog glaze also made with Silk Holiday Nog. They are so good even my kids loved them.
