Here’s what you need
- Tall white candles from Dollar Tree
- Sheet of paper – I used white but a brown kraft paper would look good too!
- Glue Stick
- Free Printable – DOWNLOAD HERE
- Ribbon – optional
Simply download, print and cut out the label. Make sure your print settings are set to ACTUAL SIZE.
There are cut lines so you can easily cut out with scissors. I use my handy Cricut cutter.
Whip the glass jar with some rubbing alcohol first so the glue adheres better.
Apply glue with a glue stick to the back of the label and press onto the glass. You could even use sticker paper for easier application!
IDEA!
Cut a piece of scrapbook paper or tear a page from an old book and add that to the glass first then add the label on top.
Once you apply the label you can deck it out even more. Wrap it with twine or add ribbon and a bow like I did, or leave it as is.
This is a super cute and affordable way to add some Halloween decor into your home!
IDEA!
If you don’t have or want to do the candle, you can use a large mason jar and add a tea light or votive in the mason jar. Wrap the mason jar with twine or ribbon if you’d like.
If you make this too I’d love to see! Snap a picture and tag me on Instagram or Facebook at motherthyme.
