Create this darling Cupid & Co. Sweet Shoppe arrow for Valentine’s Day with just a few supplies and this free printable.
How cute is this arrow! I am obsessed with making arrows for different holidays. It all started last fall when I made some on my Instagram. The fall ones were painted but I wanted to simplify these even more so I began creating printables to attach to these arrows which I shared for Christmas. You can click HERE if you missed those.
If you love these arrows too, here is my Valentine’s Day one. I have a black and white, or if you like a pop of red for Valentine’s Day I’ve got you covered!
What you need
- White arrows – from Dollar Tree – I usually find them near the frames, florals or in the wedding section
- Scissors and/or rotary cutter
- glue stick
- white paint
- legal size copy paper
- free printable – make sure your print settings are set to fit – you will need legal size copy paper to print this. Download includes both printables. You can print one or both.
Simply cut it out on the lines then turn the paper over and line up your arrow on top. Trim any excess on the sides and trim the tip of arrow.
Paint over letters on arrows and let dry so the letters don’t show through. You only need to do this if you are doing the white background. If you are doing the red background you don’t need to worry about painting it!
Next use your handy dandy glue stick and add glue all over arrow, then add the print and press to smooth out.
Easy peasy and how cute to add in with your Valentine’s Day decor.
If you make this too I’d love to see! Snap a picture and tag me @ motherthyme!
Make sure you use legal size copy paper and adjust your print settings to fit and legal size paper is selected.
