S’mores Blondies

S'mores Blondies by Mother Thyme

What is summer without s’mores?  Nothing beats a warm summer night, sitting by the campfire roasting s’mores.  The popular s’mores have turned into tasty treats that don’t require a campfire.

Whip up a batch of these warm and gooey s’mores blondies for your next picnic.  They start with a layer of blondies that combine crushed graham crackers and topped with marshmallows and chocolate.  If you love s’mores and s’mores desserts, you will want to make these.  Careful, they are very addictive!

  1. What a great idea to put graham cracker crumbs in blondies with all that ooey gooey goodness on top! These are a real treat. 🙂

  2. These are so gorgeous. There’s just nothing better than s’mores for holidays. Just loving the photos. Makes me want to shove my face into the plate…. but that would be wrong.

  3. If there is a dessert I can consider myself addicted to, they’re s’mores! I love the feeling of eating them. I also love my s’mores to have chocolate chunks in them. You are right, they are highly addictive. My kids are already complaining that we have s’mores all the time.
