#1 Pumpkin Bread in a Jar
If you know someone that loves pumpkin bread, they will love this pumpkin bread in a jar! It makes a great hostess gift to bring to any fall gathering or Thanksgiving.
Simply layer the ingredients in a quart size mason jar and add the free printable tag that you can download for free below. You can use a hole punch to attach the tag to the jar with twine or use sticker paper to attach to the jar.
The recipient will need eggs, oil and some pumpkin purƩe to make this bread.
Gift this in a loaf pan along with a an of pumpkin purƩe and an oven mitt or a dish towel. You can even add in a mixing spoon or whisk too.

Layer ingredients in the order listed below in a quart size mason jar
- Yield: 1 jar
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Hershey’s cinnamon chips*
Instructions
- In a large bowl (or right in the mason jar, whatever you prefer) Ā mix together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gently tamp down.
- Next add the layer or brown sugar and tamp down.
- Next add granulated sugar on top of brown sugar and gently tamp down.
- Add cinnamon chips on top. (See below for other options)
- Cover with lid and attach tag with instructions.
Notes
*Substitute or cinnamon chips with chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries or use a combination.
#2 Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa
Cozy up this fall with a warm up of pumpkin spice hot cocoa. This big batch hot cocoa is chocolatey with a hint of cinnamon and pumpkin spice, almost like a Mexican hot chocolate with a fall twist.
You can also add marshmallows on top of cocoa mix for gifting too! You can add mini marshmallows, but I love using the marshmallows bits – CLICK HERE for marshmallow bits like the ones you find in cocoa mix like Swiss Miss.
PrintPumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate in a Jar
Mix all the ingredients together and add to a jar for gifting.
Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (like Hershey’s or store brand found in baking section)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until combined and sugar isn’t lumpy. Alternatively you can add ingredients to a food processor and pulse a food times until combined.
- Add to jar(s) or treat bags with instructions to make.
- You can also add marshmallows on top if desired of mix for gifting too!
Notes
To make – add 2-3 scoops of mix to 1 cup hot milk or hot water. Stir and enjoy!
#3 TIC TAC BOO
How cute are these tic tac boo boards?! Perfect for kids, grandkids, trick or treaters or for anyone that just loves tic tac toe!
I used candy corn and pumpkins for the X and O but you can use whatever you like!
Simply cut out the tags and add to treat bags along with candies to use for X and O’s.

I like to print on cardstock or watercolor paper.
#4 Pumpkin Poop
Just a fun and festive little fall treat, plus kids always find it silly when adults say poop!
I like to add cheeseballs to a cute little pumpkin jar. I love these pumpkin jars from Dollar Tree! You can even use clear treat bags too and add these cute and simple pumpkin poop tags that are included with the free printable tags!
#5 BOO Tags
Last up are these darling BOO Tags! You can print them as stickers (Click here for the sticker paper I use) to simply stick on any cute little giftie to gift someone for this festive season or create fun BOO bags or buckets filled with yummy goodies and treats!
On these I cut the tags out and used them on personalized bags I made my kiddos for Halloween. I found the bags after Halloween last year and then personalized them with their names. So cute, right? I filled it with a cozy blanket and treats and they loved it!
