To make these you just need heavy whipping cream and your favorite sweetener. You can add confectioners sugar, Swerve, Stevia or what I like to use, Now liquid stevia. I have been using this stevia for years! A few drops goes a long way and is the way I sweeten my coffee, tea, lemon water, and whipped cream!

How much sweetener you add depends on how much whipped cream you are making. I just add a few drops and then more if needed.

If you are using sugar, I recommend confectioners sugar so it is not as grainy than using cane sugar. The amount you add depends on how much whipped cream you are whipping up. For a few cups of heavy whipping cream, add a few tablespoons confectioners sugar then add more if needed depending on your desired sweetness.

Next, I add dollops of whipped cream to a parchment lined baking sheet then add my favorite cocoa toppings like sprinkles, crushed candy canes or peppermint dust, marshmallows then pop in the freezer.
