5-Ingredient Crock Pot Easter Peanut Clusters

5 ingredients is all you need to whip up these yummy Crock Pot Easter Peanut Clusters

  • Author: Jenn (Mother Thyme)
  • Prep Time: 5
  • Cook Time: 1-1 1/2 hours
  • Total Time: 12 minute

Ingredients

  • 34.5 ounce container of dry roasted peanuts
  • 48 ounce almond bark (I use 2 24 oz. packages from Walmart)
  • 11.4 ounce bag of M&M’s
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray and add in peanuts. I do recommend using slow cooker liners for easy clean up.
  • Chop up almond bark and place on top of peanuts.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1-1 1/2 hours stirring every 15 minutes until chocolate is melted and mixture is creamy. If your Crock Pot gets a lot of condensation, I do recommend adding a kitchen towel on top before placing the lid so the chocolate doesn’t seize.
  • Meanwhile line a few large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Turn off heat and reserve 1/2 cup of M&M’s.
  • Stir in the remaining M&M’s into mixture.
  • Scoop mixture on to prepared parchment lined baking sheets.
  • Before chocolate hardens add a few more M&M’s and top with sprinkles. Set aside until clusters harden.
  • Store in an airtight container.
