The Best Wax Melts to Make Your Home Smell Cozy – Part 2

If you love wax melts and need some suggestions I’m here to help! I love wax melts! I’ve used them for years. I am always on the hunt for the best wax melts to make my home smell homey, cozy and inviting.
If you love them too I’d love to know what your favorite is! I’m always looking for new ones to try. Let me know in the comments below.
Last year I shared some of my favorites. While many of those on that list that you can find HERE are still my favorites, it’s time to add a few news ones to the list.
My favorite scents are homey, cozy scents leaning more gourmand and baking scents. You will see one on my list that is a little fruity but I’m very picky when it comes to fruity scents. I don’t often do floral scents either so you won’t see those on my list either. When I think of cozy scents, I think of walking in and having a welcoming scent lingering. I learned a long time ago from a realtor friend they would often bake cookies in the oven when showing a home or burn a similar candle. Why? Because it smells homey and inviting.

Why I Love Wax Melts
If you want to make your home smell inviting without lighting a candle, wax melts are the way to do it. I simply add my wax melts to my warmer and turn it on. Before I know it I have the lovely aroma filling the room without the worry of lighting a candle.
Don’t get me wrong I love candles too but the beauty of wax melts is I can keep in on all day without worrying about having a candle lit.
Another alternative to a wax warmer is using a candle warmer which I use occasionally too. I own this cute lantern one you can find HERE.

Wax Warmers
There are so many styles of wax warmers, you can even find small plug in wax warmers too. I’m always tempted to get a new one but I love the ones I have.
#1 – Click HERE for the white hobnail wax warmer. It’s no longer available on Amazon but I was able to find it still available elsewhere. You can click HERE if you want it too!
#2 – Click HERE for the wicker wax warmer. It is similar to the one I have in my bedroom that is sold out. I love having a wax warmer in my bedroom. Since I’m not in there all day it’s nice to have it on and when I go in there is smells so nice!
#3 – Click HERE for the lantern wax warmer. This is the newest one I’ve gotten and I love it! I love the cozy warm glow and it has a timer too!
#4 – Click HERE for the plug in wax warmer. I have this one too which is perfect for bathrooms!

Favorite Wax Melts
I narrowed the list to my top 10 favorite wax melts that I have been using on repeat!
#1 – Click HERE for Antique Candle Co. Momma’s Kitchen Wax Melts. I love these wax melts! They are so cute and fun to use. Unlike many that come in clamshell packaging, these come in a bag which I love. I use about 7-9 cubes in my wax warmer. Momma’s Kitchen is one of my favorite candle from Antique Candle Co. I was so excited when they introduced the melts! This will make your home smell amazing plus they are soy wax melts too! Plus you can use code THYME20 for an additional 20% off!
#2 – Click HERE for Antique Candle Co. Country Home Wax Melts. Wait until you try this one! This is another good one from Antique Candle Co. which again comes in a bag. It smells so homey! Plus you can use code THYME20 for an additional 20% off!
#3 – Click HERE for Antique Candle Co. Spice Cake Wax Melts. Another one from Antique Candle Co. Once you try these you’ll see why 3 of these have made the list! They make your house smell SO GOOD! Plus you can use code THYME20 for an additional 20% off!
#4 Click HERE for Milkhouse Candle Co. Caramel Cold Brew Wax Melts. If you are coffee lover, you are going to love this one! It smells like a quaint coffee shop! I can’t get enough of this one! It’s so good!
#5 Click HERE for Milkhouse Candle Co. Layer Cake Wax Melts. A creamy scent that smells so good! A perfect everyday home scent. This is actually the same scent as Milkhouse Candle Co. monster candle called Kitchen Cravings. I love this scent. The only thing I want to point out is it is more of a subtle scent as strong of a throw. Perfect for a smaller space.
#6 Click HERE Milkhouse Candle Co. Wildberry Waffles Wax Melts. There is just something about this one I can’t get enough of. If you are familiar with Bath and Body Works Wildberry Donut candle they once had (which btw was amazing), these wax melts remind me of that! I love the way this makes my home smell!
#7 Click HERE for 1803 Candles Friendship Wax Melts. I’ve been a fan of 1803 Candles for years. I love their candles along with their wax melts. They have a lot of good ones, but Friendship is a tried and true wax melt that has such a homey and cozy scent.
#8 Click HERE for Goose Creek Maple Butter Wax Melts. Goose Creek is hit and miss for me but I love their Maple Butter wax melts. The funny thing is and I’ve mentioned this several times on my IG stories, the Maple Butter candle doesn’t have the same throw as the wax melts. The wax melt of this scent is so much better and you can easily get it at Walmart too! If you haven’t tried this yet, you need to give this one a try!
#9 Click HERE for Swan Creek Candle Co. Maple Caramel Swirl Wax Melts. If you’ve never tried Swan Creek Candle Co. wax melts, you are in for a real treat. They have so many wonderful scents, many which I have talked about before. I love the way they are made and the way they make my home smell. Maple Caramel Swirl is such a cozy scent you’ll love!
#10 Click HERE for 1803 Candles Grandma’s Kitchen Wax Melts. The title says it all, Grandma’s Kitchen. Doesn’t that sound so homey? The way this scent lingers throughout the room is so inviting. This is one you’ll definitely want to try!
Are any of these your favorite too?
So why don’t I have Candleberry on the list?
I love Candleberry candles, especially their Maple Hot Toddy scent. If you’ve tried it before you know it smells amazing however their wax melts are not up to par to their candles. They are not long lasting, the throw is minimal and after a while they start smelling waxy.
Changing Wax Melts
If you are like me I like to change my almost everyday. After you turn off your warmer and the wax hardens I like to pop the cup in my freezer for a few hours and then I can easily pop the wax out. I’ll take that disk and put it in a freezer bag and keep it in the freezer so I can reuse it.
Alternatively they sell silicone liners you can use in your warmer too to easily pop out the harden wax but I’ve never used them. I’m a creature of habit and just pop it in the freezer like I mentioned before.
If you are new to wax melts be warned you are going to be hooked! I love everyday popping a new wax melt in my wax warmer everyday and enjoying the way it makes my home smells.
