SUPPLIES

  • Fabric
  • Hot glue/glue gun
  • Scissors
  • Filling
  • Pins – optional
  • Twine for bow – optional
  • Buttons – optional
  • Free pattern – HERE

Download, print and cut out the free pattern. Trace it out on your fabric. I pin my two pieces of fabric together and cut it at once. Then I flip the top over, pin the fabric again.

Once your fabric is together and pinned, right side out, apply a thin ribbon of hot glue around, leaving a few inches at the bottom to add filling.

Add your filling then close up the opening with hot glue.

I embellished mine with a cute little twine bow and a button and added a cute little EGGS tag that you can download HERE. I printed it on regular paper, cut it out and crinkled it, then added a dab of hot glue and attached it to one of the eggs.

I added all the eggs in a wire basket that I found at Dollar Tree with some moss.

I then placed them in a cute basket from Dollar Tree with some moss.

So easy and such a cute project for Easter. This makes a cute Easter gift too!

You can watch how I made this on my Instagram page too!

If you make this I’d love to see! Snap a picture and tag me on Instagram at motherthyme!
